I've been selected as a central government officer. I have ten months of articleship left. Can i terminate articleship now and serve the balance period of training after two years?

I have done the PGDBA (Spl : Finance) from SCDL, Pune this year, whether this course have any weightage in market.Normally how much time it will take to complete CS course.

I am a working person and wish to do the course of CS , my query is whether it is better to prepare the couse module wise and appear the examination module wise or full mudule; because I can devote only 3-4 hours a day for subjects. What are advantages or disadvantages of doing the course in module wise instead of full module.

I am a student of ICWA. My registration copy and ID card has been destroyed unfortunately. How can I get a duplicate one? Can I apear in exam without ID card?

i am a pcc student and have completed my 3.5yrs training but hvnt cleared one of the groups of pcc.....i want to know that who is authorised to sign my examination form? my principal under whom i was working or someone else?

Company X (Company as per the Companies Act 1956), is planning to invest money by way of Equity in its Wholly owned Foreign Subsidiaries.

What are the Statuatory Compliances that Company X needs to fulfill while investing in its Foreign Subsidiary under the Companies Act 1956, FEMA and RBI Approvals if any required or not.

Is there any limit on such investments?

I am B.com graduate and MBA from an private college.
My age is 23 and I'm interested in doing CA.
I am confused whether to do CA at this age.
pls help me as this is going to change my career.

I had completed my CA inter in NOV 1999 & had registered for Final course in NOV 1999 . I had attempted once my final second group. How shall i proceed to pursue my Final (New Course)..

Also i had not completed the CCT / IIT training , which is applicable to me or not.

Any expert advice....
