i am a pcc student and have completed my 3.5yrs training but hvnt cleared one of the groups of pcc.....i want to know that who is authorised to sign my examination form? my principal under whom i was working or someone else?

IF YOUR ATRICLESHIP IS OVER, THEN ANY MEMBER OF ICAI CAN SIGN THE FORM.
IF ARTICLESHIP IS GOING ON THEN, ONLY PRINCIPAL CAN SIGN.
