i finished my articled service in 1994. i have not completed any group in intermediate level. now i want continue my exam preparations under ipcc. please guide give expert advise me what to do.

hiiii...i just wrote ipce in may 2010 ...my registration no. was wrong in d permit card ..so i m scared tat my result will not be declared along with others......i just wrote a letter to ICAI abt tis already...but got no reply

I am PE II student and enrolled in 2001. I was given 3 attempts but the attempts was not cleared and due to my some family problems I was drop the course but I want to continued this course for my future career.
Can I re-registration in PE II or not.
if yes please suggest me what I do.
