I passed out CS exams at first go..
But, I failed in CA Final old course for 3 times..
Now with under 2 months to go for exams, how can I prepare myself for the upcoming November attempt for CA Final Old Course?

My weak subjects are Accounting, MICS, IDT...

I love solving problems of MAFA, but I am unable to deliver the same in exams..

Audit, Law, Costing, is not a major problem. I can cope up with them.

DT is very much unpredictable.

Its not that I am disheartened or so, but running low on confidence. Thoughts come to my mind to skip this attempt and go directly for the May'11 attempt.

My marks for May'10 exams were:
Accounts-43
MAFA-34
Audit-42
Law-51
Costing-48
MICS-42
DT-54
IDT-43

Please help me out.

Person X has a inherited property. a person Y sells without X consent. X moves to court. buyer Z offers out of court settlement. X accepts.

is that settlement/compensation taxable? can it called capital rcpts and exempt from tax? or is it liable to CG?

if any case laws avail share it with ur views.

this is my third time ,in all my previous i failed in cost .now i am totally shattered and confused how to prepare coting .peviously i prepared from rajesh makkars notes.

pl advice hw to prepare costing.

I am going to gave November 2010 IPCC GROUP 1 EXAMINATIONS ,since last two months I am suffering from many medical problem due to which currently my preparation is only 10%. Please suggest me how I study so that I clear the examination.

how can i prepare for ipcc exams in just 2 months..... i am about to give nov attempt.... & m very tensed regarding my studies...... all my previous time went in going 2 classes , college & itt training... its just 2 months left for the exam.... & i have just completed 1 subject....plzzzzz help me.........

Hi ma attempt is in may11...ma 2nd group coachin is gng on costin wll b ovr by 20th nov and DT by 28 feb wid breaks in b/w n idt wil b ovr by 31st march startn 10th nov n in m/w/f....no coaching for 1st grp is taken....kindly suggest me since i hv 7months in may shd i go for both grp by self studying for 1st grp...or shud i go for 2nd grp as i m takin its coaching... wil it b hectic ..will i b able to self study 1st grp wid help of gud notes for mafa and acc..pls help(new course)...

Almost 5000 students verification has been done and none of the marks have been changed.I doubt rest of the students whose verification is in process will get a change in marks.Can we get our answers sheet? and what is the process.

Is SIP is necessery before submitting exam form for cs excutive coourse & SIP is to be done from where.
