I have completed my articleship on 01/08/2010
but due to some unavoidable circumstances i could not submit the form, now ihave submit the form on 16/09/2010 with a dd of rs 100 and a condolence letetr
as we have to sign the form no 108 2 times , iforget to sign 1 time
plz tell me whether the form will be accepted or we have to submit the form agn

i am m.c.patil passed my icwa inter in 1995
with regn no wrc/042424, passed my 3rd stage availing denovo registration RSW/062685 in the year dec 1997, then appeared for fourth stage in june & dec 1999,but not succeeded then afterwards due to my personal problems i have not concentrated on studies, now i am willing to finish that unfinished fourth stage
now is it possible for me institute will allow me? to appear for fourth stage examination please suggest me how to proceed.

I wish to know how do a person cancel a PAN if he has more than one PAN and he has not used one of the PAN details anywhere.

Is it that CPT is Foundation Level and any applicant (whether he is a graduate or +2), who is willing to pursue CA should at first complete CPT and only then enroll for IPCC ?

Right now i am in cs executive stage with grp 1 cleared and going to be appear in dec for 2nd grp.

i want to pursue CA course. pls guide me how i can pursue CA with CS as i am planning to do CS training after clearing grp 2. so is it possible to pursue CA course along with training. how much time will be required for preparing for CPT without coaching and what are the training requirements in CA course means after which stage we have to start articleship training.

i am asking this to be informed how to maintain a proper balance b/w CS and CA and their training requirements.


in last want to know that as i am pursuing CS only right now. so i will be required to seek any permission from ICAI by filing form no. 112 or not or if any permission is required to be obtained from ICSI or not ???
