i am m.c.patil passed icwa third stage in the year 2000 due to my personal problem i could not continued can i continue now from there only and finish the one more group left if there is a way please suggest me

Yes it's always better as it will provide a Good Resoponse from employer once you complete it.
You can go for Stage IV according to new syllabus 2008.

Contact the Kolkata head office for Denova process and join again complete the 4th stage.
