passed icwa iii rd stage in dec 1997

17 September 2010 i am m.c.patil passed my icwa inter in 1995
with regn no wrc/042424, passed my 3rd stage availing denovo registration RSW/062685 in the year dec 1997, then appeared for fourth stage in june & dec 1999,but not succeeded then afterwards due to my personal problems i have not concentrated on studies, now i am willing to finish that unfinished fourth stage
now is it possible for me institute will allow me? to appear for fourth stage examination please suggest me how to proceed.

17 September 2010 Denovo registration only once can be obtained, once that is cancelled we cannot do further denova. but there is a provision for fresh registration as below

Registration Afresh

A student whose registration has been cancelled on account of his / her failure to appear at least in one stage of the Intermediate Examination within three years from the date of his registration, may, if he / she so desires, apply for Afresh Registration in the prescribed 'Form I and on his / her application being granted, he / she shall be entitled to exemption from the individual subject(s) of the Intermediate Examination both for Coaching and Examination as the case may be, previously secured by him / her under former registration.

This provision whether apply for Final stduent also, you need to check with the Kolkata H.O
