Hi,
I wish to know how do a person cancel a PAN if he has more than one PAN and he has not used one of the PAN details anywhere.

Write to NSDL for cancellation of PAN.

Form viz., "request for new pan card or/and change or correction in pan data" is available in www.utitsl.gsd@utitsl.co.in
Downlaod, fill up and attach original PAN card and submit in UTITSL or NSDL counter.
Your PAN Card will get deactivated.

FOrm "Request for change or correction in pan data is to filled in which you have to mentioned the PAN which you want to keep in above column
and last column, if more than 1 pan have, shown the other pan which you want to cancel.
and submit it to NSDL with supporting that PAN Card which you want to de-activatre.
