hi frnds,
i am a pcc student i had completed 18 months of my articles i had taken 3 months leave due to illness. i am working in Hyderabad i want to transfer my articles to my native place which satisfies 50 kms clause. now can i apply for termination on medical grounds.

You can apply for medical ground termination provided a certificate from a govt hospital has to be obtained stating that you required minimum 3 months to recover from the illness.
