Dear all,

I have passed CA CPT in 2007, but after that I dint continue with CA because of some reason, now I want to start my CA and want to go ahead.

My questions are.

1) Is my registration sill valid?
2) Do i need to appear CPT again?
3) How much is the registration fees for PCC?

Please suggest how to register the DSC.

The Facts are as under:

1. Original DSC is already registered, which is lost.

2. We applied and issued new DSC.

3. We are unable to recall the registration details in the MCA Portal of the original DSC.

4. Now we are getting problem while registering the new one. On submission of registration form a dialog box appears saying that the DIN is already registered with such and such User ID.

Kindly help.

I had completed my graduation and right now pursuing CS course.

can u advice me about the career opportunities with this course. is there are enough opportunities in employment after qualifying CS in Delhi/NCR region
or i have to look for another course which supplement CS course.

earlier i decieded to join LLB with CS but now left that option as i have some financial commitments towards my family and i will not afford to pursue that 3 yrs regular course as i am 21 yrs old right now and i have decieded to join CS 15 month training along with professional programme after clearing this dec 2nd grp of executive.

so pls tell whether i m going in right direction or i should join another short term valuable course which i can easily pursue with CS to enhance its value....

Dear Sir,

My brother is Doing Full time MBA course from AIMS institute, Pune which is affiliated to Punjab University.

The Institute has asked all the students to pay service tax on all fees except university fees and including cost of laptop, stationery etc....

The institure has given a printout from Indiabudget.nic.in - Chapter V on service tax and highlighted the explanation inserted to clause zzc wherein "commercial training or coaching centre" is defined.

Please guide whether the institute is correct in their stand or is there any remedy available.
