Problem in Registration of new different DSC in MCA portal

Please suggest how to register the DSC.
The Facts are as under:
1. Original DSC is already registered, which is lost.
2. We applied and issued new DSC.
3. We are unable to recall the registration details in the MCA Portal of the original DSC.
4. Now we are getting problem while registering the new one. On submission of registration form a dialog box appears saying that the DIN is already registered with such and such User ID.
Kindly help.

The new DSC has to be registered with MCA portal. Step by step procedure is available in http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/rolecheck/rolecheck.html
Pl study the procedure and try afresh.
Normally in the situation referred, the message appearing is as follows,"The DSC is alredy registered. Do you want to update the same". On seeing such a messege, if we click the "O.K" button, the DSC will get registered and a "Thanks message" will appear in the next appearing screen. Then the DSC can be used for signing effectively.

I have also faced same problem. If you are not able to solve it, you should call to MCA chennai office, they will give you solution.
