We have converted from PE -2 to IPCE of ICAI and passed one of Group of 1 of PE-2 now want to appear in Nov Exam 2011. As far as I have been informed that the Paper passed in Gropu 1 of PE -2 will be exempted. My Question is that Three subjects in which I have to appear but these subjects are divided in two groups of IPCE, so whether I have to fill in Form Both Groups of IPCE and appear in threes subjects? or other way.

Hi,I have copleted my graduation second year and i came to know that ICAI members said that the students who have completed graduation second year can appear for IPCC
and they have given approval also,can you let me know, when this notification is going to come.

Can anyone pls tell it is not compulsory to fill Article Training Certificate in online exam form for Nov 2011 as i am not geting.Form won't be rejected if we doesnt fill the same as my articleship is not completed yet.Or how should i get that TCN.???Please help its urgent

I've got my second attempt of IPCE coming up this November, and I'm going to apply for it online.

The Institute has asked to get the printout of the form attested from a Principal/Member of the Institute/Parent.

The question is, how exactly would the form be attested by my parent?

A signature is enough..? or is there anything else as well?

I m filing TDS return of a goverment hospital in M.P. but its Deductor category in TDS is Central/State Govt. but it has registration in society.
In case of govt. deductor liability to deposit TDS upto A.Y. 2010-11 is on the day itself while in society it is 7 days of next month.
As it is though govt. hospital having its registration as society, i am confusing of its deductor category in TDS return or i have to make correction in its TAN No. by made its category as society.
