Conversion from pe-2 to ipce of icai

We have converted from PE -2 to IPCE of ICAI and passed one of Group of 1 of PE-2 now want to appear in Nov Exam 2011. As far as I have been informed that the Paper passed in Gropu 1 of PE -2 will be exempted. My Question is that Three subjects in which I have to appear but these subjects are divided in two groups of IPCE, so whether I have to fill in Form Both Groups of IPCE and appear in threes subjects? or other way.
