Articleship transfer

Please genuine advice needed on this issue:
Is the permission or approval of the institute required for taking transfer within one year of articleship, as it is mentioned that transfer is permitted without any restrictions within one year of articles??
Please someone answer this query soon!!!

i want to know that in duration of articleship, how many times the student can take transfer.
is there any limit upon it...???

Dear all,
I have completed my articles as on 1st August,2011 and i my paid my Final Examination fee through online,but i did not submitted Form-108 and now while submitting Examination form to the institute whether is should take declaration from my principal that ive completed articles in letter head of the firm?

I have cleard ma first group of IPCC in Nov'10 and second in May'11.Have started my articlship on 3rd march'10. so can u please help me to know when ma CA final is due.I mean when i can first appear for CA final. what is the provision regarding provisional due.
