I've got my second attempt of IPCE coming up this November, and I'm going to apply for it online.

The Institute has asked to get the printout of the form attested from a Principal/Member of the Institute/Parent.

The question is, how exactly would the form be attested by my parent?

A signature is enough..? or is there anything else as well?

22 August 2011 no attestation require of parents.
CA in practice signature require same as u fill in may 11.
