Can anyone pls tell it is not compulsory to fill Article Training Certificate in online exam form for Nov 2011 as i am not geting.Form won't be rejected if we doesnt fill the same as my articleship is not completed yet.Or how should i get that TCN.???Please help its urgent

if u nor completed articleship then no need to fuill form 108.
just fill among that 5 options that no complete 5th one.
