There has been an error in My Roc Form 20B instead of writing the Due date of AGM as 21/09/2012, I have written it as 24/09/2012.
Do I have to Revised the Form.
If no, can date of AGM & Due date of AGM be different?
Please reply ASAP.

If the financail Statements are signed by the Director on 28-08-12 then, upto which date the AGM of the shareholders can be take place?

For appointing a foreigner as a director of the company we acquire his DIN n for that we require his passport as i.d. proof n n other docs as address Proof attested by consulate of Indian embassy or foreign public notary. Den we file form 32 for this.
are there any other formalities required to be made?

Kindly let me know the contact No.& address of sellors of all the statutory registers/books that are required to be maintained by a company under the Companies Act.

Further, a format of Certificate of shares to be issued by a Private company is which is in compliance with the Companies (Issue of Share Certificate) Rules is needed.

Can an additional director be appointed as managing director ?

Can a whole-time director be appointed for a period of six years at a time ?

Can a company pay remuneration to its managing director when its effective
capital is negative ?

The Directors of a private Company are appointed since the time of its incorporation and they all are relatives of each other? Does sec. 314 applies in this case?
& if the Board decides to pay remuneration to one of such Director now? how is section 314 applicable... Kindly reply asap

There are 3 Directors in a Pvt Ltd Company. One director is granted leave of absence and one is interested in a one of the resolution. Can Board Pass that resolution.
