can anyone provide me the resolution to prepare all the statutory records of the company again as they are misplaced???

What is the procedure for for a private limited company which wants to change the main object of the company, for which name change is required.

there is one query regarding MD remuneration :

The company is Limited COmapny having paid up capital of Rs. 25,07,000. The company yet not confirmed abt the remuneration given to that particular managing director and now I want to know what is the maximum remuneration comapny can give to that md as per schedule XIII of the companies act,1956 because we have to file form number 23 and 25C in which remuneration of managing director requires to disclose.


And also confirm me that if company will file remuneration of MD is Rs. 75000p.m. and in actual give 60000 p.m. then their is any problem as per the act.

Please provide me a solution for the following query.
A Private Limited company purchased goods worth RS.100000 (say) and the entire goods remains unsold till 31.3.2012, resulting in loss of Rs. 20000 (say).

Now how to enter this loss figure in reserve & surplus in revised 23AC(non-xbrl) as it is not accepting negative figures and how to present the goods purchased and closing stock in revised 23ACA(non-xbrl).

Dear Sir,
I had taken DIN for two Partner forming LLP.
But when i fill form 1 for LLP Name Approval, icon for residential status is not working. So when i press for check form, it shows me that "Whether Resident of India is not pre filled. Please update the record w.r.t the DPIN through form DIN4 first and then file LLP Form1".
After filing Form4, it shows me Details are identical & DIN is now provisional.
Kindly let me know what to do?
Also, give me phone no. of LLP Helpdesk if anybody has.

one of our clients Annual Accounts are not ready and we want to do the annual filing ,i have already preapred the statement of reasons for not preapring the accounts...my query is can i enter the amt. as 0 in23ACA, 23AC, 20B, 66...and wil it be approved as Annual Filing Forms are under STP Routes,,, Will it Cause any problem in future?????.

Kindly make my doubt clear... as per my practice we open bank account within 30 days from the date of incorporation.

but is it necessary to open bank account within 30days or we can instead of opening bank account, can we keep in cash the Rs. 1/- lac or Rs. 5/- lac in company's office..?
