10 October 2012 can anyone provide me the resolution to prepare all the statutory records of the company again as they are misplaced???

I think, it will be taken on note in Board that the company has lost its statutory book and in this respect an FIR has been lodged with concern Police Station. We the members of the Board hereby authorised to Mr...... authorised person or company Secretary to make a second copy of statutory register as required under the Companies Act, 1956.

"Resolved That pursuant to applicable provisions of the companies Act 1956 and Rules made thereunder, Mr.........., Secretary of the company be and is hereby authorised to make second copy of the statutory register as required to be prepare and maintain by the company."
