11 October 2012 For appointing a foreigner as a director of the company we acquire his DIN n for that we require his passport as i.d. proof n n other docs as address Proof attested by consulate of Indian embassy or foreign public notary. Den we file form 32 for this.
are there any other formalities required to be made?

I will suggest you to take, if possible any Indian address of such director,if any for communication in India to such director.

Yes, you can file Form-32 of such director as per your opinion.
