11 October 2012 Dear Sir / Madam,
There has been an error in My Roc Form 20B instead of writing the Due date of AGM as 21/09/2012, I have written it as 24/09/2012.
Do I have to Revised the Form.
If no, can date of AGM & Due date of AGM be different?
Please reply ASAP.

Yes, date of AGM and due date of AGM can be different. The due date of AGM in case of subsequent AGM will always September 30 for the financial year ending as March 31.

So, i think their is no need to worry about that.
