If the financail Statements are signed by the Director on 28-08-12 then, upto which date the AGM of the shareholders can be take place?

You have the right to hold your AGM up to 29.09.2012 of your AGM.
The time gap between the sending of notice calling of AGM to the date of AGM should be 25 clear days.
Suppose the Board Meeting is on 04.09.2012 then the date of AGM should be on or after 28.09.2012 should be hold.
