Sir,
I have a Proprietor firm in a city, i have TIN no of this city.
But I want to starts this business in others state also,
how can possible it. I should be taken New TIN No for others states or same no works in new states also.
and will be the others formality to do, for others state
Please help me.

In my opinion, since sales tax is a local authority for every state, you have to apply for new TIN no. if you wish to start a new business in that state. If you are simply making purchases from the other state then no requirement of getting new TIN.
