How many times company can change its name???

Sir,
Can anyone provide me the NOC format for NOC given by one of Director for using the First name Indentical for Registering New Company. eg Yash Telecom is alraedy registred & we want Yash Infra to be registered. one of Promotoer Director in Yash Telecom will also br promoter director in Yash Infra.

In case of Private Limited company, for increasing Authorized Share capital, do we need to pay any stamp duty??

If yes how much we need to pay?


in case we want to increase the Authorized capital for last year, is there any provision that we can issue it on back date also??

i have a query, a pvt co has an authorised capital of Rs.30 crores. company has offered shares upto Rs. 25 crs. there was an over subscription of Rs.29 crs. can the company convert the excess amount over 25 crs as further share capital since it falls within 30 crores. what is the procedure to be followed.

A Unlisted Public Company having Rs. 15 Lacs paid up Capital and Rs. 1,80,000 Reserves.
No other Long Term Borrowings.
Company has Net Profit of Rs. 83000/- as on the Balance Sheet Date of 31.03.2012.
Company wants to pay Remuneration to Three Directors Rs. 5,40,000/- p.a. each.
What is the procedure for the same.
Is It compulsory to have Central Govt. Permission?
Please answer my quary urgently.
