We have change the registered office of our company with in the city But by mistake while change in the name Patel Nagar was written as Patel Nafar. In that case what should we do, whether we need to file fresh form or any other solution we have. pls. rpely asap.

21 March 2013 In case of mistake on the part of filing of form, file another form with the disclosure that due to clarical mistake it was happen.

If it is the error on the part of ROC on master data. write to the ROC to correct hte master data with the copy of resolution and form 18.
