Can a Single shareholder holding only 10% shares of a public co. remove a director by giving a Special notice u/s 190?

What is the procedure for appointment of first statutory auditor for company incorporated under section 25 of the company.

In case of fresh issue of share certificates in case of request by Shareholders....the distinctive number and folio number can be changed...please reply

I am in the process of Incorporation of a PVT LTD CO. I filed FORM 1A and obtained name approval. Now Form 18 requires address proof. Can I create a rental deed in the name of proposed company and in such will it be valid since the Co not yet incorporated. And also who will be the signing authority in case of this deed since Directors are now only getting appointed through Form 32.

Please also share a lease deed sample.

I would like to know that if company availed deposits from partnership firm under which only one partner is relative .. thn is it violation of 58 -A Company's act or not? I have confusion regarding the same.

Please also inform cousin is relative as per company's Act.

For how long could there be a vacancy in the office of the auditor in a private limited company?

Facts are that auditor had resigned from office. How much time is there with the board to fill the vacancy by calling an EGM???

As clause (g) of sub-section (1) of section 274 of the Act is not applicable for a private limited company, can it (point no. : 2(e)) be removed from the audit report or shall the same remain as a point in the report & comment be given as "This clause is not applicable for a private limited company".
