I have applied for registration of a Pvt Ltd company. Name approval came on 13th of September, 2013. I uploaded form 1, 18 and 32 on 10th of November, 2013.

I make the payment of MOA and Stamp Duty. But while making the payment of stamp duty an error came and amount was debited in my bank account but no payment was received by MCA. This happened 2 times. Then while making the payment on 20th November I received an error that your SRN expired and apply when status come as SRN cancelled and make fresh application.

While making fresh application I received an error that SRN of Form 1A expired as 60 days has expired. My payment of MOA of 4800 is still not refunded.

Please Advice

For altering the registered address of the co. FORM 18 has to be filled. But i want to know that what is the procedure for acquiring fresh COI having the new reg. address of the co. after proper filling of FORM 18. as it will be used as the address proof of the co.?

A Pvt Ltd Company has taken term loan of Rs. 15 lakhs against Equitable mortgage of Land & building

And CC of 30 lakhs against hypothecation of Goods.

so we have to file 2 different form 8 , for mortgage and hypo.
both the term loan & C.C. taken from same bank,
