For altering the registered address of the co. FORM 18 has to be filled. But i want to know that what is the procedure for acquiring fresh COI having the new reg. address of the co. after proper filling of FORM 18. as it will be used as the address proof of the co.?

As per new system of MCA 21, it will not issue any physical copy of Certificate of Incorporation. It is issued in soft copy to the registered email id.
Now come to Form-18, after changing your registered address no need to change addressed mentioned on COI, because it is not possible.
So you will used new address for all correspondence from company and no need to consider that why not new address mentioned on COI.
