06 December 2013 This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, the above-cited Form1,Form18,Form32 dated 04-12-2013 filed vide SRN has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-
.THE MOA TO BE NUMBERED IN ROMAN NUMBERS AND THE AS PER CA, 1956 (2) Architectural activities to be deleted

i have mentioned companies Act 2013 in MOA and AOA

06 December 2013 i) Memorandum of Association should be serially numbered using Roman numerals.

ii) Head line of MOA should be THE COMPANIES ACT,1956 AND (THE COMPANIES ACT,2013 TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE).

iii) Delete 'Architectural activities' from the MOA.

Please do the corrections as above and resubmit the form at the earliest.
