Attachment to form 20b

plz let me know or provide the attachment to form 20B is there any format of a particular form to be attached with form 20B. I found some forms on net but they contains almost the same information which is already filled in form 20B itself then waht is the use of attachment.

Form-20B (Annual Return) will be filed within 60 days from the date of AGM.

Annual Return will give the details of direcotors, shareholders in Annual Return as per Schedule V of the Companies Act, 1956. It contain the details of shareholders from the date of last AGM till the date of AGM.

You will also give the details of transfer cessation of director during that period.

You will also give the details of indebtness of the company as on date of AGM

06 December 2013 Yes sir u r right but my query is what at end of form 20 B it requires Attachment -- annual return as per sch V of co's act. i am asking what type of attachment is this....

06 December 2013 It is a Format of Annual Return as specified in Schedule V. Such Format can be in excel or in physical, in which details will be filled up and then it will be attached in Form-20B in attachment section.
