is company act 2013 applicable for june 14 ?

our group of friends is engaged in sale and purchase of property for investment.

- Would it be wise for us to start a company instead ?
- What would be the pros & cons ?
- We feel it would be easy to mobilize funds through issuing shares and debentures. Are we rite ?

I have applied name in form 1A and got approved .But couldnt complete registration procedure within 60 days.therefor i applied form freshly form 1A with same names.but got message for resubmission with following error

Similarity. Please suggest fresh names with significance of the keyword."

so i resubmitted fresh names but agin got same error

please help what is this error suggest.
in form 1A significance of key words are not compulsory for pvt limited or what should i write as significance of keywords for a retail private limited.

CAN PUBLIC COMPANY TAKE LOAN FROM DIRECTORS, OR RELATIVE OF DIRECTORS? THAT TRANSACTION COVER UNDER PUBLIC DEPOSIT OR NOT? PLZ SOLVE

if one Indian co. has received share application money through foreigner than it has to be reported to RBI or not ? & if co. don't want to issue shares to that person & will refund after a period of time but till that time they want to invest that money than can they do so? what are the provisions for that?
