ONE OF OUR CLIENT IS PVT LTD CO BUT WE HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE ANNUAL A/C. IN E FORMS ON MCA SITE DO NOW WHAT WILL BE THE TOTAL FEES PAYABLE FOR LATE FILING

If your filing is delayed by more than 3 months then your annual forms will be file with additional fee, which will be 9 time of additional fee.
