Please solve the following queries:

1) Do the New Companies Act draws the provision of interested director for private Companies?

2) If yes then , since most of the Private Companies cover the interested composition of Directors or Shareholders....how it will be managed?

Any one please tell the section number for alteration of MOA & AOA (for name change) in the revised companies act 2013. very urgent,,..

I have applied name in form 1A and got approved .But couldnt complete registration procedure within 60 days.therefor i applied form freshly form 1A with same names.but got message for resubmission with following error

Similarity. Please suggest fresh names with significance of the keyword."

so i resubmitted fresh names but agin got same error

in form 1A significance of key words are not compulsory for pvt limited or what should i write as significance of keywords for a retail private limited.
