We have to open bank account,but the co.was formed in 1970 & director appointed @that time.We have inspected @registrar in Mumbai but record of form 32 & 18 for the same not found.
At mca website director of companies are showing.
So far ac.opening what shall we do?

Provide MOA and AOA to bankers, that will be well enough for opening an account with bank. If further required you can get a ROC search report from any company secretary for Change in address and Change in Directors.

I will suggest you to inspect physically of company's records on concern ROC office and collect the certified copy from them.
