I just want to know the applicabilty of section 185 and its exceptions for the company who is providing corporate guarantee

98 Sections of the new companies act 2013 have been applied by the CG. 185 is one of them, Company providing corporate guarantee in normal course of its business is exempt from this sec for providing guarantee or loans to director and other person in which director is interested. above exemption is applicable only if it provides loan and guarantee in its normal course of business and not below the rate of RBI.
