please let me know , how much stamp duty is required to make a POA for form 1 (Application or declaration for incorporation of a company), earlier we are making it on rs 20 stamp paper,, but a day ago department raise a ? please file correct poa stamp duty,

please suggest whether we should make it on 20-50-100 or 500 rs stamp paper

Can a private ltd company get deposit from other then Directors, If not then can they be made only shareholder and not directors and without voting rights or without any interference in working of company and its decision making process.

sir this is with regard to a pvt company incorporated in 1st feb,2013 . my question is that the company is not yet started business wants to make first financial year as from 1st february,2013 to march,2014 can it do so then what is the annual filling date for the company . the company is not yet appointed the first auditor how they will appoint the first auditor of the company. what is the first AGm date for the company.

a director has tendered his resignation from the company. but the other directors are not willing to e-sign the filing of form 32 because of internal problems amongst them.

I believe the manager / secretary of the co. can sign the form 32 by quoting their PAN. But my qstn is do they need to register them self in anyway with the MCA (like we do the director by acquiring DIN)

XYZ PRIVATE LIMITED

In this Comapny Mr A was appointed on 23.11.2006 (Since Incorporation) as a Director and resigned from his designation on 01.10.2007. Till 31.03.2007 all the Compliances was complete in all respect. After 31.03.2007 no any compliance done by the Company and AGM due date for 31.03.2013 is 30.09.2013 and no AGM was held.


PLEASE CLARIFY THAT MR A WAS IN DEFAULT PERSONALLY. IF YES, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR REMOVE DEFAULT.

My query is that is there any rule or provision or requirement that there should be a minimum paid up capital of Rs. 1 Lac on the date of incorporation in case of a private company? and how would the company get this minimum amount of rs. 1 Lac?
