I HAVE FILED ON 15TH DEC. A REQUEST TO CHANGE RESIDENTIAL STATUS BUT THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION RESULTED IN SIGNATURE MISMATCH AND RESUBMISSION IS REQUIRED.
SO I RESUBMITTED DIN-4 TODAY.

IN HOWMUCH TIME THE ISSUE WILL GET RESOLVED?????

I have filed form 1A for a private limited co to change its name and for alteration of its objects also.. in attachement to this form i have attached 2 board resolutions on same letter head of the company.. one for name change and another for alteration of objects and authorised same director in both resolutions.. pls tell whether it is ok to do so or a single board resolution for both the things and authorising only once a director was required

in the last line of eform 1A.. i hav mentioned authorised by bod resolution no. 4,5 as i have passed two seperate resolutions.. so this will be ok with ROC or what??

SIR MY QUERRY IS REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF FIRST AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY NEWLY INCORPORATED ON 1ST FEBRUARY,2013 .THE COMPANY FAILED TO APPOINT THE FIRST AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY WITH IN ONE MONTH OF THE REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY. NOW WANT TO APPOINT THE AUDITOR IN THE GENERAL MEETING KINDLY ADVICE ME REGARDING THE PROCEEDURE TO CONDUCT SUCH MEETING AND WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT WITH IN WHICH SUCH MEETING CAN BE CONDUCTED.

Does the members of an advisory board have rights in the operations of a Pvt Ltd company ?

A Producer Company was incorporated in the month of October 2013 and we have to file Form 20b within 90 days of Incorporation to record 1st Annual General Meeting, Plz tell me about the date of Financial Year Ended to which AGM relates????

please let me know , how much stamp duty is required to make a POA for form 1 (Application or declaration for incorporation of a company), earlier we are making it on rs 20 stamp paper,, but a day ago department raise a ? please file correct poa stamp duty,

please suggest whether we should make it on 20-50-100 or 500 rs stamp paper

Can a private ltd company get deposit from other then Directors, If not then can they be made only shareholder and not directors and without voting rights or without any interference in working of company and its decision making process.

sir this is with regard to a pvt company incorporated in 1st feb,2013 . my question is that the company is not yet started business wants to make first financial year as from 1st february,2013 to march,2014 can it do so then what is the annual filling date for the company . the company is not yet appointed the first auditor how they will appoint the first auditor of the company. what is the first AGm date for the company.
