A Producer Company was incorporated in the month of October 2013 and we have to file Form 20b within 90 days of Incorporation to record 1st Annual General Meeting, Plz tell me about the date of Financial Year Ended to which AGM relates????

the Fy shall be from oct 2013 till 31.3.2014 for 1st year and then 1.4.2014 -31.3.2015
