Stamp duty required for poa given in form 1 ?

Dear Experts,
please let me know , how much stamp duty is required to make a POA for form 1 (Application or declaration for incorporation of a company), earlier we are making it on rs 20 stamp paper,, but a day ago department raise a ? please file correct poa stamp duty,
please suggest whether we should make it on 20-50-100 or 500 rs stamp paper
please suggest

If POA is signed by two person then value of Rs. 50 is enough and in case of more person are involve therein then use Rs. 100/- non judicial stamp paper.

You confirm that on Rs. 20 stamp paper whether two person giving or only single person giving.
