Does the members of an advisory board have rights in the operations of a Pvt Ltd company ?

19 December 2013 depends on the terms of reference of the board. If it allows them to intervene in operations, then they very well may.

19 December 2013 thanks....what about the company does it have a obligation to these members similar to the relationship with the BOD ?

19 December 2013 As I said Sree. It depends on the terms of reference of such committee/board. If an adivsory committee is given similar powers and responsibilities, then why not.
