If a director is appointed in the middle of the year, His tenure expires at the next AGM. And he shall be an additional director, not a director.
Am i right?

In Annual return form as per schedule V, it has a point "we certify that- The company did not have an average turnover of Rs. Ten Crores or more during the relevant period.". what to do if company have turnover more than Rs. 10 Crore. Whether such form requires a signature of CS.

As per sec 141(g)(3) the max.limit for company audit is 20 (including pvt. ltd. companies).

Is there any amendment to this section yet or it stands as it is ?

in A Ltd all the three active directors are default due to non-filing compliance in some other companies. for A Ltd annual return filing purpose we appoint add director, but his form 32 can't able file. Reason is existing default directors sign not accepted by mca site. what's the remedy.. kindly reply for this query..

A pvt company, whose regd office and main business is in Kolkata and one Director is stationed in Delhi, wants to appoint a person as Alternate Director for Delhi Director.

In view of the removal of Clause 'out of State'which was there in 1956 Act in Sec 161(2) of the Companies Act,2013 for appointment of Alternate Director, can still an alternate director be appointed for Delhi Director?
