Hi Sir,
This is Ram. Two Months ago I have filed DIR-11 for director resignation from a company and the form DIR-12 has not yet been filed by the company till now. The Signatory details are not updated so far.
what will happen if the company file DIR-12 now?

Company can file Dir 12 in back date for giving effect to resignation
