I have doubt regarding a registered pvt ltd company can borrow unsecured loan from third party, if its allowable interest payable to them how to treat in accounting.

This is Ram. Two Months ago I have filed DIR-11 for director resignation from a company and the form DIR-12 has not yet been filed by the company till now. The Signatory details are not updated so far.
what will happen if the company file DIR-12 now?

2. Can Proprietor/Partnership give loan to Pvt ltd/ Ltd.co.?

3. Can director loan to company ? if yes what is appropriate rate of intt. ?

If a director is appointed in the middle of the year, His tenure expires at the next AGM. And he shall be an additional director, not a director.
Am i right?

In Annual return form as per schedule V, it has a point "we certify that- The company did not have an average turnover of Rs. Ten Crores or more during the relevant period.". what to do if company have turnover more than Rs. 10 Crore. Whether such form requires a signature of CS.

in our case auditor was appointed for F.Y 2012-13 and 2013-14. so how can We change the Auditor for F.Y.2014-15 ?
