Now am filing ROC for 2012-13 & 2013-14 of a private company. Whether GLN- 2 is applicable for FY 2012-13.

e-form 23B can be filed up to 15th November,2014 since scheme extended vide MCA circular 40/2014 dated 15-10-2014 and hosted in the site today.
