Dear Sir,Can a pvt. Ltd. Co. Appoint an auditor for one year at a time instead of five years ?Is rotation of auditors mandatory for pvt. Ltd. Co. Also ?RegardsGirish Sharma

period of 5 year comes from section 139(1) which is mandatory.
Rotation is different thing and covered by section 139(2). Check whether rotation is applicable on your private company.
In any case 5 year term is applicable on your company.
