Even though i entered correct Din Number, Date of birth of director an mothers maiden name , system shows error.please clarify urgently

May i Get the Format of Special Resolution to be Passed in EGM of private limited company for Issue of Equity Share as per Companies Act 2013.

Can I get a format of a consent letter from the Owner of the premises that the Company is permitted to use the address…... as the registered Office of the Company.

This requirement is for a new company

I have a public limited company which wants to increase its paid up share capital from Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 25 crores, by alloting shares to new shareholders. Do i have to follow private placement basis for the same? If not, please give the procedure for increasing the paid up capital.

A director of a private limited company expired on 12-12-2012. Now i am want to file ROC for Death of Director. Now i have to file ROC form 32 under Companies Act 1956 or DIR 12 under Companies Act 2013?

1)Can we file single MGT14 for disclosure of interest and approval of accounts.is it fine.both actions was done on same board meeting.

2)Can a small company as defined as per section 2(85) of co. act 2013

can conduct its board meeting on 30.08.2014 and do pass resolutions said in above point (1)

Note: assumed in march 2014 one board meeting done.

What is the definition of Inadequate Profits as per Companies Act, 2013? How can we quantify Inadequate profits?

On pvt ltd. company was incorporated on 31.01.13 but till yet it has not filed any docs with roc office. Pl suggest what would be the way forward for making compliance now. pl guide the process. thanxs
