Can I get a format of a consent letter from the Owner of the premises that the Company is permitted to use the address…... as the registered Office of the Company.

This requirement is for a new company

I have a public limited company which wants to increase its paid up share capital from Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 25 crores, by alloting shares to new shareholders. Do i have to follow private placement basis for the same? If not, please give the procedure for increasing the paid up capital.

A director of a private limited company expired on 12-12-2012. Now i am want to file ROC for Death of Director. Now i have to file ROC form 32 under Companies Act 1956 or DIR 12 under Companies Act 2013?

1)Can we file single MGT14 for disclosure of interest and approval of accounts.is it fine.both actions was done on same board meeting.

2)Can a small company as defined as per section 2(85) of co. act 2013

can conduct its board meeting on 30.08.2014 and do pass resolutions said in above point (1)

Note: assumed in march 2014 one board meeting done.

We thank you for evenly – spreading filings in October. Avoid last minute rush and system congestion on account of filings under the CLSS, 2014 ending on 15.11.2014 and Annual Filings during November 2014. Companies are requested to file their returns early without postponing it to the last days

Is it that we have to finish all annual filing by this date or filing can be done after 15th nov also.
