09 November 2014 Hello please guilde me what r the amendment for may15 other than amendments which are applicable for nov14 thanka

09 November 2014 For Tax AY 2015-16 and amendments made vide Finance Act 2014 will be applicable.

Sections of Companies Act 2013 notified upto 30.09.2014 will be applicable.
