Please help me..i have to file dir-3 for din no. but from where i can upload no link is shown

as per details show on net dir-3 has to be file through offline mode, but i don't get offline link

please help me its urgent.

09 November 2014 DIR-3 is available in http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/Download_eForm_choose.html

It has to be filed electronically through 'eform upload' option in
http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/eFormsAction.do?tabs=2

09 November 2014 but sir when i go for eform upload it shows a message that this option is currently disable go for offline option.

09 November 2014 Please take a 'snap shot' of the message and mail to MCA. This is a system error. I filed on line many times the last being on 16th October and no amendment has come since that date.
