A director of a private limited company expired on 12-12-2012. Now i am want to file ROC for Death of Director. Now i have to file ROC form 32 under Companies Act 1956 or DIR 12 under Companies Act 2013?

To e-file DIR-12 with death certificate as an attachment towards the 'evidence of cessation'.
