I want to see balance sheet, PL Account, MOA, AOA, Charge etc of a private limited company. So please suggest me the procedure to see these all on MCA official website.

Can any one help me?? We are now incorporating a new company. 24th November 2014 was the last date for filing INC 7, INC 22, & DIR 12. Then it asked for resubmission as the address of the promoters/Director in the MOA & the INC 7 is not matching. So we resubmitted after correcting the error. The next day when we track status it says that the form is invalid & not to be taken on record. The reason is that one resubmission has exhausted & form found to be deffective & invalid!!! So what is the solution for this problem as 5th December is last date for resubmitting. Hope any one will give a solution

A CA having proprietorship firm has been appointed as Statutory auditor of a company for F.Y. 2013-14 but it has converted the CA Firm (prop.) into Partnership firm on 02/07/2014. Can the proprietor of the previous firm sign the financial statement of the company on 25/08/2014 and in which capacity proprietor or partner of new firm. If, can't then who can sign on which date.

One of the requirement of being appointed as a dirctor is the minimum qualification shares.

Incase a person has applied for the qualification shares but shares are not allotted, in that case whether just due to reciept of share application money, ca he be treated as director and other formalities being complied.

Secondly can he allowed to sign the financials of the company in the above senario as one of the director??

1. Convey a board meeting for approval of Right issue, fix record date, finanlise letter of offer.

2. Dispatch of letter of offer through registered post.

3. convey Board meeting after closure of offer period for Issue & allotment of shares

4. File Form PAS -3 for allotment.

Plz confirm.

b. PRIVATE COMPANY NEED NOT TO HOLD EGM FOR RIGHT ISSUE.

I want to activate the dormant company.I filled a FORM GNL-1 to normalising the dormant company.My doubt is how much time will take the respective Register of Company to approve the FORM GNL-1 and after getting approval "Is FORM MGT-14 is required to file" if not, please tell the remaining process.

gud evening sir...plz answer my query if company fails to registered charged within 30 days to roc.. rule 3 (3) of cos (registration of charge) charge holder will file that CHG-1 to roc alongwith fee.. my question is that fee paid by chargeholder will he reimburse from company? or bear himself?

auditor appointed for the fy 2013-14 is expired in august and the board has appointed a new auditor he has audited the accounts also signed the same. But notice of the appointment is not given to MCA. Now co. wants to file financial statement, but since adt-1 cannot be filed for 2013-14, is there any other way to notify the MCA and which SRN should we provide in form 23AC? Thanks
