im incorporating a trust as per Companies Act,2013.Can we use word Inter-national in its name.Ex.ABC INTERNATIONAL Limited.

Please guide me with your valuable suggestions.

04 December 2014 Yes you can very well embed the word INTERNATIONAL in the name.
(For using such words like India, International etc...there are some specific requirements in the Companies Act. Please check the same with sme practising Company Secretary)
